I am still struggling with my hand, I am going back to the Doctor on Thursday. I have been taking the Motrin and wearing my splint, but it still hurts and sometimes it hurts worse then other times. I try to move my hand and wrist around while I am in the pool at Physical therapy. I feel like that is starting to work, I am not as stiff after for a day or two. I used my treadmill every night before bed, it helps me relax and gets me sleepy faster. I am glad that Dad is feeling better finally, I hope you don't get sick with another cruise just around the corner. I would like to go on another cruise sometime, especially since Allen has never gone on one. It would be really great if Rick & Donna and their family could go, (a real family reunion).
